9-29-22 UPDATE: The paving porting of the project was completed earlier than scheduled thanks to mostly great weather prior to Hurricane Ian arrival which allowed our parking lots to reopen for use. The contractor still has some sign replacement and minor concrete repair work to do so portions of the lot may be closed in those specific areas but its not anticipated to create much of an impact for our customers or employees.
Our General Aviation Terminal parking lot at 9000 Aviation Blvd, Concord, NC 28027 will be closed for the next three weeks to complete an enhancement, repaving, and restriping project. The project is scheduled to start on Monday, September 12th 2022.
he North Gravel Lot on Aviation Blvd. is and will be open for general parking during the project. Please use this lot if you are coming to the airport and alternate parking arrangements have not been made with you. The airport will provide a shuttle to the front of the general aviation terminal from the lot for those that need it.
For those that are just picking someone up or dropping off, please follow signage and or construction flag person for directions on getting up to the building during the project.
THIS PROJECT WILL NOT AFFECT AIRLINE FLIGHTS or parking at the Commercial Airline Terminal or parking deck.
